Super refreshing, taste kind of like a Gatorade but doesn’t have all the added sugars and has all the positives of creatine, electrolytes, and L-Theanine. Best electrolyte drink I’ve had.
Perfectly flavored, super refreshing and not overly sweet! I’m so bad at keeping hydrated and these have been the biggest help - I love mixing it with sparkling water for a sparkling lemonade bev
I really enjoyed the Lemon flavor of Sacred Salt. The lemon taste is clean, refreshing, and not overly sweet. One thing that stood out to me was that it doesn’t have the artificial sweetener aftertaste that many hydration products do, making it easy to drink. I also noticed that I felt genuinely hydrated after drinking it. I like that it includes coconut water powder along with its electrolyte blend, which gives it a more natural feel. Overall, it’s a refreshing, clean-tasting hydration product that delivers on hydration without an artificial taste. I’d definitely drink it again.

As someone that has tried all the big electrolytes - Sacred salt is truly a great product that stands out. Tastes great, is affordable, and has the added benefit of creatine. I’ll be ordering more soon and recommend you try it if your reading this!
The taste was good, typical lemon-lime that 90% of the people like. It seemed a little salty but then again it’s 87 degrees now and it will be 93 when I finish my bike ride so absolutely will I utilize the sodium and electrolytes.
I’ve been using Sacred Salt after my long walks, and it’s been a game-changer, especially in this 99° heat. I love that it’s sugar-free It really helps me feel energized and hydrated without the heavy sweetness or extra sugar you find in other electrolyte mixes. It’s definitely become my go-to for staying refreshed in the summer heat!

These are amazing!!! I’ve tried lemonade flavored electrolytes prior to Sacred Salt and they were always too sweet. The flavoring of this is perfect. I drink these after runs, strength workouts, or when I’m dehydrated. They really restore my energy levels and help with muscle fatigue. 10/10 electrolyte.
The taste is great and I love how straight forward it is. I used to have to measure out 5 mg every day and I found that annoying. This is way better!
I’ve been using hydration mixes for years, and Sacred Salt is my favorite I’ve tried. It tastes great, mixes really well, and I love that it has 5g of creatine built in. Since creatine only works if you take it consistently, having it already in my daily hydration makes it effortless. You can tell a lot of thought went into the formula and even the branding and merch are top notch. Definitely recommend giving it a try!
